Every child experiences feelings of anxiety, depression, or anger, and parents want to help their children learn to cope with these emotions so they do not become problems for managing mood or behavior. Through this lecture, you will learn sound strategies to help your child calm down when stressed and anxious, defeat situations that lead to depressed moods, and appropriately express and resolve anger. You will have a chance to ask questions in this informative session.
